Quality: always a priority
Our organization has always considered quality a priority. This has allowed us over the years to optimize business performance and to pursuit a continuous improvement; which is the primary objective that international legislation and company policy require.
Our quality system certification dates back to 2005. This year again the audit on quality certification, which assesses the functionality of the system in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, ended very positively.
A special thanks goes to our auditor: Ing. De Lotto. For years he has been reviewing the requirements and advising us on future actions we should take to maintain a correct and transparent management of the procedures. During all these years, we have learned to grasp his observations as ideas to improve the service provided and to maintain a quality system in line with market expectations.
